Withdrawals
Eligibility and account prerequisites
Withdrawals are available only to active Zenit accounts in good standing. You must be logged in to request a withdrawal and complete the required identity verification (Know Your Customer). You must be at least 18 years old and compliant with applicable laws. Zenit may suspend withdrawals if AML, fraud prevention, or regulatory checks indicate risk or inconsistency with account information.
How to request a withdrawal
- Log in to your Zenit account and go to Payments & Withdrawals.
- Select the withdrawal method you prefer and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount is €25.
- Confirm the withdrawal details and submit. If additional verification is required, you will be prompted to complete it.
- Wait for processing. You will be notified when the withdrawal is approved or declined.
Withdrawal limits by method
The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is €25. Maximums depend on the method and may vary by region. Typical per-withdrawal caps are:
- Bank transfer: up to €5,000 per withdrawal.
- E-wallet: up to €25,000 per withdrawal.
- Credit or debit card: up to €2,500 per withdrawal.
- Other supported methods: caps vary; view your account for precise limits.
Processing times
After approval, withdrawal funds are released to your chosen method according to the following standard timelines. E-wallet transfers typically arrive within 0–24 hours; bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the provider and bank processing times. Some withdrawals may be queued for additional security checks, which may extend the timeline.
Fees
Zenit does not apply a withdrawal processing fee to standard withdrawals unless otherwise stated in the Funds and Withdrawals policy. Some payment providers may impose their own charges, which are outside Zenit's control. You will be informed of any provider fees before you confirm the withdrawal.
Identity verification and security checks
To protect your funds, Zenit may require updated verification documents before approving withdrawals. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and recent payment method details. Document uploads are processed promptly; you will be notified if additional information is needed. For security, withdrawals may be restricted to the payment method last used for funding or to the account holder's verified details.
Cancellation, reversal, and unresolved withdrawals
Withdrawal requests can be cancelled only before processing begins. Once a withdrawal is in processing or completed, cancellation is not guaranteed. If a withdrawal is reversed or rejected by the payment provider, funds will be returned to your Zenit balance or account status as applicable, and you will be notified of the reason.
Regulatory compliance and regional restrictions
Zenit operates in accordance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements. Some payment methods may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Withdrawals to restricted regions may be blocked or require additional verification. Always ensure your account details match your withdrawal destination to avoid delays.
Support and timing concerns
If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated timelines, contact Zenit Support via the in-app help channel. Provide your withdrawal reference number, the method used, and the approximate amount. Our team will review the status and provide an update.
