General Rules

  1. The outcome of a market is settled when determined by an official source. Zenit reserves the right to void bets placed after the publication of the official outcome in long or short term outright markets. If a match is not completed and is decided by the referee or an official announcement, Zenit may settle bets according to that outcome. If the announcement is made more than 48 hours after the end of the match and any undecided bets have already been treated as undecided, settlement will stand. Player specials markets are excluded from these rules. If a market is not determined earlier in the game, Zenit settles the result after the normal duration of the match unless the market description states otherwise. Example: a football 1x2 market is determined after the 90 minutes including any added time. If an event goes to overtime and the market includes overtime, payout occurs after overtime; penalties are not considered unless stated in the market description. If an event is not started on time or is postponed and kickoff occurs within 48 hours of the official start time, bets may remain valid; otherwise Zenit may void all bets on that event and refund stakes. Events abandoned after starting and resumed within 48 hours may remain valid; if not resumed within 48 hours, Zenit will settle determined markets and void the rest. Markets related to team qualifications in a competition are void if the match is postponed or abandoned and not rescheduled within 48 hours. In two-leg ties, only markets in the postponed legs are void. Outright markets stay open until a decision is reached; head-to-head markets are void if any listed participant does not participate. In tennis, rules apply to retirements or defaults, with specific settlements described in these rules.
  2. Zenit reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded.
  3. Before an event starts, Zenit reserves the right to void or cancel part or all of a bet even after acceptance without providing any reason. After the event starts, Zenit may void or cancel part or all of a bet, even after acceptance and settlement, for valid reasons including palpable error in wording or odds or starting time; attempts to bypass limits or risk management; access to non-public information; combined related bets; active involvement of players or officials; technical error offering wrong odds or events; or any other valid reason communicated to the customer upon request.
  4. Zenit reserves the right to cancel all bets if there is a change of venue for the event.
  5. Zenit may cancel bets if there are radical changes in the circumstances of an event, such as the length of playing time, distance in a race speed, or the number of periods.
  6. If Zenit suspects that a sports betting event is fraudulent or highly likely to be fixed, Zenit may keep specific betting slips unsettled, inform relevant regulatory bodies, await a verdict, and settle or void the bet in line with the verdict of the regulatory bodies.
  7. In the event of a technical interruption during bet placement, Zenit will perform standard checks and may accept or reject the bet when the system becomes available again. The customer should review the betting history to confirm acceptance.
  8. Any decision by Video Assistant Referee VAR that conflicts with the original on pitch decision and alters the state of play at the time of bet placement will void bets placed between the incident and the final decision, unless the odds offered on that bet were unaffected by the VAR outcome. Settlement of unrelated bets unaffected by the VAR decision shall stand. VAR considerations are treated as having occurred at the time of the original incident for settlement purposes. Zenit reserves the right to revise settled offers if the final decision is communicated before the match concludes and affects settlement.
  9. Odds display uses two decimal digits for on screen odds. Total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal digit rounding, and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy is attributable to these rounding rules.
  10. The maximum time frame between the settlement of a betslip and any re-settlement is 30 days.
  11. If a match finishes by the referee at 79:00 or later, all markets are settled on the full-time result. If finished at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets are void. In matches abandoned or stopped for other reasons, all undecided markets are voided.
  12. Supported formats for prematch and live bets are 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. For matches with duration outside 50 minutes to 90 minutes, all markets are void. In 3x30 format, halftime duration is calculated as total match duration divided by 2. Zenit accepts no responsibility for unexpected format changes; clients accept the risk at registration.
  13. Outright markets are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants remain valid even if a listed participant cannot participate, regardless of reason, and are settled as losses where applicable. The Play-or-Pay rule applies to all outright markets including Winner, Top3, Top5, etc. Head-to-head markets are excluded; if any listed participant does not take part, the H2H markets involving that participant are void. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets stand and individual participant markets are void.

Explanation of specific Betting Types

  1. Scorers First Last Anytime Scorer: Applicable to regular time only. Own goals are omitted as scorers unless the game contains only own goals. First Goalscorer is void if a player never plays or enters after the first goal; except for certain own goals that are ignored. Last Goalscorer is void if a player never plays. Player to score applies to any player regardless of entry time. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any player involved in the game regardless of entry time. Anytime Goalscorer is void if the player never plays. If a match is abandoned but at least one scorer occurred, bets on the first scorer apply; bets on the last scorer are void; the Anytime scorer for the named scorer is settled as winner and bets on other players are void.
