Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms
Zenit (the "Company") operates an online gaming platform offering wagering and related services (the "Services”). By accessing the Zenit website and registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and you agree to be bound by them. You also agree to the use of electronic communications for contractual and informational purposes in accordance with applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms regulate your relationship with Zenit and apply irrespective of how you access the Services, including through any related websites used by the Company from time to time. The latest version of the Terms will be published on the Zenit website and may be updated by the Company from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Opening an Account
Opening an Account with Zenit is a prerequisite for using any Services. You must open and maintain your own Account and may not transfer, lend, pledge or otherwise encumber it or any rights arising from it. You may have only one active Account per person, and duplicate Accounts may be closed, merged or voided at the Company’s discretion.
Eligibility and age: you must be at least 18 years old or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction, and you must not participate in the Services where doing so is unlawful. You shall provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and update it promptly if it changes. You shall not impersonate another person or use someone else’s identity to register or use the Services.
Identity verification and security: you must provide valid identification and, where requested, documents to verify your identity and age (including government-issued ID, proof of address and ownership of payment methods). Zenit may perform ongoing verification checks after account opening. You shall keep your login credentials confidential and notify Zenit immediately of any suspected compromise. The Company may implement two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.
Account ownership and control: you are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. The Company may suspend, restrict or close your Account or refuse to process transactions if it has reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful activity, breach of these Terms or other prohibited conduct, including collusion, fraud or money laundering.
Account Management and Security
Account governance: the Company may, at its discretion, implement controls to protect the integrity of the platform, including restrictions on device sharing, IP address matching and pattern detection for duplicate or related accounts. If duplicate Accounts are detected, Zenit may merge, block, void or reallocate funds and void bonuses as appropriate.
Security measures: you must promptly notify the Company of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your Account. Zenit may undertake security checks, request documentation, and temporarily suspend or close Accounts as part of prevention of abuse or fraud. The Company may record communications and monitor activity for security and compliance purposes where permitted by law.
Account restrictions: you may set personal limits and time-outs in the Account settings. The Company may impose further restrictions or close an Account to protect you or the integrity of the Services.
Eligibility, Lawfulness and Prohibited Jurisdictions
You may not access or use the Services if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. Zenit may restrict access or terminate the Account of any person residing in or domiciled in jurisdictions where the Company is not permitted to offer the Services, or where participation is restricted or prohibited. A non-exhaustive representative list of restricted jurisdictions may include the United States, the United Kingdom, certain EU member states and other territories where online gambling is regulated or prohibited. The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether an individual is eligible to participate.
Compliance with Law and Anti‑Money Laundering
You warrant that your use of the Services is lawful in your place of residence and that you will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements. Zenit may implement customer due diligence measures, monitor transactions, and report suspicious activity to the competent authorities where required by law. You agree to cooperate with any investigations conducted by Zenit or regulatory authorities.
Identity Verification and KYC
Zenit shall verify your identity, age and payment method ownership prior to and during use of the Services. This may include requesting documentation such as a government-issued ID, a proof of address and a front and back copy of payment cards or other payment method ownership proofs. Verification shall be completed within a reasonable timeframe, and deposits or withdrawals may be blocked until verification is completed. If you are found to be underage or non-compliant with verification requirements, winnings may be forfeited and the Account may be closed.
Zenit may carry out electronic and/or manual verification checks and may perform random security checks at any time. The Company may contact you by electronic means for verification and security purposes. Calls, emails or live chats may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes where permitted by law.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
Funding your Account requires a deposit via one or more available payment methods permitted by Zenit. Some methods may not be available in certain jurisdictions. All deposits must be made in your name and from payment methods owned or controlled by you. Third-party deposits are prohibited; otherwise winnings may be forfeited and funds returned to the rightful owner. The Company reserves the right to apply additional verification to deposits and to suspend or close Accounts that rely on invalid or disallowed funding sources.
Currency and conversions: Zenit accepts multiple currencies. If a payment is processed in a currency different from your Account currency, the sum will be converted at the prevailing rate and you bear any conversion costs.
Withdrawals: withdrawals require completion of all applicable verification checks. The Company reserves the right to apply further checks before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method used to fund the Account or to another method as permitted by Zenit. The Company may impose limits on withdrawal amounts and frequency in line with regulatory requirements and risk controls.
Refunds and errors: if Zenit credits funds in error, the Company may correct the balance and recover the erroneous credit. If a withdrawal reflects an erroneous credit, you must notify Zenit immediately and the Company may reverse the transaction and/or reclaim funds.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering
Promotions and bonus offers are subject to separate terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Where a bonus is active, there may be maximum bet limits and wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Promotion Terms. Zenit reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate promotions at any time and to determine eligibility for promotions, including preventing self-excluded or restricted participants from participation. Bonus funds do not earn interest and are governed by the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Promotional eligibility and redemption are at Zenit’s sole discretion and must be used in good faith. Any abnormal or fraudulent activity related to promotions may result in forfeiture of bonuses, closure of Accounts and withholding of winnings.
Intellectual Property and Software
All content, software, graphics, logos and mark(s) on the Zenit platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute or reverse engineer the Software or any part of the Zenit platform without express written consent from the Company.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Zenit’s Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Zenit may share information with regulators, payment services providers and law enforcement authorities to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud and money laundering, where permitted by law.
Liability and Disclaimers
Zenit provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenit excludes all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue or data arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services. Zenit’s total liability to you for direct damages shall be limited to the funds you hold in your Zenit Account or the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable time shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts in Curacao, in accordance with the applicable rules of the regulatory authority governing the Company’s license. Nothing in these Terms shall limit a consumer’s rights under mandatory applicable law.
Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, Zenit will provide notice through the Website or other means as permitted by law. Your continued use of the Services after such notice will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you may terminate your use of the Services and close your Account.
Termination, Suspension and Consequences
The Company may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory enforcement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms terminate, and you must cease all use of the Services. Any remaining balance in your Account may be refunded subject to the Company’s refund policy and applicable law.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenit relating to the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company reserves the right to enforce these Terms against any party that, in the Company’s view, has a direct or indirect interest in your activities.
