Gambling Can Be Addictive

Gambling can be addictive

Zenit recognises that gambling can become problematic for a minority of customers. This page describes the protective measures applying to all Zenit wagering activities, the indicators of risk, and the steps available to maintain responsible play and to obtain assistance if gambling-related problems arise.

Recognising problematic gambling

Problematic gambling refers to patterns of play that disrupt life, work, or finances. Indicators may include chasing losses, increasing bet sizes or wager frequency to achieve desired outcomes, unsuccessful attempts to limit or stop gambling, lying about gambling activity, borrowing money to gamble, neglect of personal or professional responsibilities, or continuing to gamble despite negative consequences. If several indicators are present, consider taking protective actions and seeking professional guidance.

Protective tools and limits

Zenit provides safeguards to help you stay within your means. You may configure the following controls in the Responsible Gambling section of your account:

  • Loss limit: Set a maximum loss amount for a defined period (for example, per calendar month). Limits are enforced by the system and can be adjusted. Increasing the limit takes effect immediately; reducing or tightening the limit takes effect 48 hours after submission.
  • Time-out: Suspend play for a fixed period of 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or 15 days. During the time-out you may not deposit funds or place bets, but you may withdraw any remaining balance. The time-out cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period.
  • Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion for up to 12 months. During this period your Zenit account will be closed, promotional communications will be restricted, and access to services may be limited. Reactivation requires action by you after the exclusion period ends.

Age verification and protection of minors

Zenit does not permit participation by individuals under 18 years of age. Age verification is mandatory at registration and may be revisited as part of ongoing compliance checks. Accounts found to be used by underage individuals will be closed and applicable funds returned in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Parental controls and device restrictions are recommended to prevent access by minors.

Assistance and support

If you are concerned about your gambling or that of another person, contact Zenit's Support Team through the official in-site help channel to discuss protective actions, such as limits, time-out, or self-exclusion. You may also seek independent counseling or contact licensed gambling support services available in your jurisdiction. If you are in distress or experience thoughts of self-harm, seek immediate help from local emergency services or licensed mental health professionals.

Data protection, fairness, and compliance

Zenit processes personal data in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. We implement robust data protection measures, restrict data access to authorized personnel, and retain data only as long as necessary to administer responsible gambling safeguards and to satisfy legal obligations. The fairness and randomness of all games are tested by independent compliance bodies. Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering controls are conducted as part of licensing obligations to protect customers and the platform.

Policy scope and changes

This policy applies to all Zenit wagering activities. Zenit reserves the right to amend responsible gambling policies and related terms in line with applicable law and licensing requirements. Customers will be informed of material changes in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
